This is more than likely caused by a lack of power but could indicate other problems too..

Videocon AC Thermostat not set properly
Videocon AC Emergency switch or shut-off switch turned off
Videocon AC Blown fuse in panel box
Videocon AC Circuit breaker tripped or off
Videocon AC Outdoor disconnect turned off
Videocon AC Off on outdoor reset button
Videocon AC Unit locked out (reset by turning off then turning back on)
