What are your service charges?
A nominal visit/inspection charge applies and is adjusted against the final bill if you proceed with the repair. Spare-part costs, if any, are shared and approved by you before work begins — no hidden charges.
Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
Yes. Every repair is backed by our workmanship warranty. If the same issue recurs within the warranty period, we make it right at no extra labour cost.
How do I book a service?
Book online in a few taps, call us, or message us on WhatsApp. Pick a convenient date and time slot and our technician will arrive at your doorstep.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, cards, net banking and cash. Online payments are handled securely through Razorpay — no card details ever touch our servers.
Do you service all brands?
Yes — we service all major brands across ACs, refrigerators, washing machines and RO purifiers, using genuine or compatible spares.
AC Service
Why is my AC not cooling?
Common causes are low refrigerant (gas), a clogged air filter, a dirty condenser coil, or a faulty compressor. Our technician diagnoses the exact cause on-site and gives you a clear estimate before any work.
How often should I service my AC?
We recommend a general service every 3–6 months, and before the start of summer. Regular servicing improves cooling, lowers electricity bills and extends the unit's life.
Do you provide AC gas refilling?
Yes. We check for leaks first, fix them, and then refill refrigerant to the manufacturer-specified level so the problem does not recur.
Do you install split and window ACs?
Yes, we handle installation, uninstallation and relocation for both split and window ACs, including copper piping and stabiliser guidance.
Refrigerator Service
My fridge is not cooling — what could be wrong?
It could be a faulty thermostat, compressor, cooling gas leak, or blocked vents. We diagnose the exact fault on-site and quote transparently before repairing.
Do you repair both single-door and double-door refrigerators?
Yes — we service single-door, double-door, side-by-side and convertible refrigerators across all major brands.
Is refrigerator gas refilling available?
Yes. We detect and seal leaks before recharging the cooling gas, so cooling is restored reliably.
Washing Machine Service
My washing machine is not spinning or draining — can you fix it?
Yes. This is usually a drain-pump blockage, a worn belt, or a faulty motor/control board. We identify the cause and repair it, with a warranty on the work.
Do you service both front-load and top-load machines?
Yes — we repair and service fully-automatic and semi-automatic, front-load and top-load washing machines of all brands.
Do you provide installation for a new washing machine?
Yes, we handle installation, demo and relocation, including inlet/outlet fitting and level setup.
RO Purifier Service
How often should RO filters be replaced?
Typically every 6–12 months depending on your water quality and usage. We check TDS levels and advise the right replacement schedule during a service visit.
Why does my RO water taste odd or flow slowly?
This usually points to exhausted filters/membrane or low tank pressure. We test the system and replace only the parts that actually need it.
Do you install new RO purifiers?
Yes — we install, service and repair all major RO purifier brands, including membrane and filter replacement with genuine parts.
