This is more than likely caused by a lack of power but could indicate other problems too..

Voltas AC Thermostat not set properly
Voltas AC Emergency switch or shut-off switch turned off
Voltas AC Blown fuse in panel box
Voltas AC Circuit breaker tripped or off
Voltas AC Outdoor disconnect turned off
Voltas AC Off on outdoor reset button
Voltas AC Unit locked out (reset by turning off then turning back on)
