These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by Janani Cool Care ("we", "us", "our"). By booking a service or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide doorstep repair, installation, maintenance and AMC/CMC contract services for air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines and RO water purifiers within our serviceable areas in Chennai. Service availability, timing and pricing depend on your location, appliance type and condition.

2. Bookings & Pricing

• Prices shown are starting prices. The final amount is confirmed after on-site diagnosis and shown to you before any chargeable work begins.
• An inspection/visit charge may apply and, where applicable, is adjusted against the repair cost if you proceed with the service.
• Spare parts, gas refills and additional work are charged separately and communicated before being carried out.

3. Payments

Online payments are processed securely through our payment gateway (Razorpay). We do not store your card details on our servers. By making a payment you agree to the gateway's terms in addition to ours.

4. Warranty

Repairs carry a 30-day service warranty covering the specific work performed. Replaced spare parts carry the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. The warranty does not cover unrelated faults, misuse, or damage caused after our visit.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact, address and appliance details when booking.
• Ensure safe access to the appliance and premises at the scheduled time.
• An adult should be present during the technician's visit.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
