This is more than likely caused by a lack of power but could indicate other problems too..

Samsung AC Thermostat not set properly
Samsung AC Emergency switch or shut-off switch turned off
Samsung AC Blown fuse in panel box
Samsung AC Circuit breaker tripped or off
Samsung AC Outdoor disconnect turned off
Samsung AC Off on outdoor reset button
Samsung AC Unit locked out (reset by turning off then turning back on)
