This is more than likely caused by a lack of power but could indicate other problems too..

Onida AC Thermostat not set properly
Onida AC Emergency switch or shut-off switch turned off
Onida AC Blown fuse in panel box
Onida AC Circuit breaker tripped or off
Onida AC Outdoor disconnect turned off
Onida AC Off on outdoor reset button
Onida AC Unit locked out (reset by turning off then turning back on)
